The 2025 WNBA Draft is just around the corner, and excitement is building. The league has now announced the list of players who have received the special invitation to attend the big event in New York. These are some of the top talents expected to hear their names called early in the draft.

A total of 16 prospects have been invited to be in New York for the draft. This group includes some of the most talked-about players in college basketball. Here are a few of the headliners:

Paige Bueckers (Guard, UConn): Bueckers capped off a stellar college career by leading UConn to the 2025 national championship and was named the National Player of the Year. She is projected to be the number one overall pick.
