2025 Austrian GP starting Grid: Lando Norris Takes Pole While Lewis Hamilton Shows Improvement
The 11th race of the season is set with the stars ready to close in on the leader, Oscar Piastri. The 2025 Austrian GP qualifiers saw a few surprising leaders, with defending champion Max Verstappen falling behind his teammate Liam Lawson. Also, Lando Norris is taking pole position over the season’s leading driver, Piastri.
For the 2024 runners-up, it was a disastrous ending to the Canadian GP. But now has a chance to redeem himself with a win. He stands second in the 2025 Driver’s standings, 21 points away from the leader. In the largest pole-margin of the season at over half-a-second, Norris demolished the field at the Red Bull Ring, and has a buffer to team-mate Oscar Piastri in third.
The Ferrari duo remains close to the McLaren racers with Charles Leclerc in second and Lewis Hamilton in fourth. The Brit is yet to finish in the top three this season and will look to bounce back from the worst run of his illustrious career. Check out the 2025 Austrian GP 2025 starting grid below,
