Premier League Transfers: Top 7 Players Seeking Moves
For the first time in 2025, the Summer transfer window was split into 2, one primarily for Participants at the FIFA Club World Cup, which was available between the 1st of June and the 10th of June 2025, while the second opened on the 17th of June and will shut on the 1st of September. The Premier League has always given top players to the world of football, and transfers have allowed them to flourish in other teams also.
As defending Champions, Manchester City spent over 116 million pounds on four players, hoping to defend its Club World Cup Title, while the first transfer window allows Club World Cup participants to strengthen, the second transfer window and most importantly, will allow teams around Europe to strengthen and also let go of deadweight players.
As Premier League sides prepare for the announcement of the 2025-26 fixture list on June 18th, team planning will take centre stage as clubs decide on players to retain and those to be sold. We wll take a look at the player who could make moves in the current transfer window.

Top Premier League Players Possibly On Move
Andy Robertson (Liverpool)

Rasmus Hojlund (Manchester United)
The Danish striker has struggled for goals playing for Manchester United in the 2024-25 season due to a lack of confidence and the team’s poor run of form. Joining Manchester United in 2023, the former Atalanta striker has scored 26 goals in 95 appearances in 2 seasons. The Poultry output has led to the Old Trafford outfit being linked with several strikers like Hugo Ekitike, Viktor Gyokeres, Liam Delap and Victor Osimhen.
Hojlund’s 10 goals in the 2024-25 Premier League season have heaped more pressure and talks of an exit, with Inter Milan and Juventus interested in taking him back. One thing is sure, Manchester United will sign a striker, and the future of the Dane will be severely under Scrutiny.
Jack Grealish (Manchester City)
The former Aston Villa man was signed for 100 million pounds by Manchester City, but after 12 goals in almost 4 years, the cityzens have decided to cut their losses by putting him up for sale.
The England international has been told he has a future with the 3 Lions by coach Thomas Tuchel if he sorts his club’s future out and finding a suitable club will be top on the agenda for a player who was not included in City’s 28-man squad for the Club World Cup in the clearest indication he is not wanted by Pep Guardiola. Napoli remains the most interested after signing Kelvin Debryune while English sides, Aston Villa and West Ham utd continue to be linked with him.
Oleksandr Zinchenko (Arsenal)
The Ukrainian was signed alongside Gabriel Jesus in 2022 for 30 million pounds and has helped the club rise from a top 4 contender to Title Challengers. His influence and game time, though, have diminished over the past 2 seasons with the emergence of Jurrien Timber and, most recently, Ricardo Calafiori and Myles Lewis Skelly.
AC Milan has made serious enquiries to the Gunners, and it is expected that the left-back will depart the Premier League side with just over a year left in his current contract.
Bryan Mbuemo
The Cameroonian produced a startling performance in the 2024-25 season scoring 20 Premier League goals and providing another 8 assists, he is not short of suitors with Manchester United making him the top priority after the Capture of Matheus Cunha while Tottenham has recencomecame into the mix following the Capture of former Brentford boss Thomas Frank.
Bryan Mbuemo has never hidden his desire to leave Brentford, but the Bees will demand at least 60 million pounds to part with their prized asset.
Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa)
The Argentine Goalkeeper emotionally waved goodbye to the Aston Villa fans on the final day of the season at Old Trafford.
The goalkeeper had talked up the need for Villa to continue it’s Champions league exploits for next season and failure to do so meant the end of the journey for a goalkeeper who had spoken earlier in the season about the hunger to win big at the Club level just as he had done with the National team.

Apart from Premier League rivals Manchester United to date, few big-time suitors have come in, but it is expected that offers will arrive later on in the window.
João Pedro (Brighton and Hove)
The Brighton striker joined from Watford for 30 million pounds in 2023 and has scored 30 goals in 70 appearances. Fabrizio Romano reported in May that Brighton are now willing to listen to offers for the Brazilian Striker, but only offers of over 60 million pounds will be considered.
Chelsea and Tottenham have been credited with interest, but no move has been made yet. There is still plenty of time left for the transfer business to be finished and but the clubs will be looking to make moves early on, allowing players to settle in and perform at the highest level.
