How much Trent Alexander-Arnold will earn at Real Madrid? Check Star Defender’s Salary at Los Blancos

Trent Alexander-Arnold at Liverpool

After season-long speculations, Trent Alexander-Arnold has confirmed his departure from Liverpool. The star won the Champions League, the Premier League, the FA Cup and every other possible title with the Reds. After nine seasons, the youth product is ready to make a move. And the destination rumoured? Real Madrid.

With 350+ games, 23 goals and 90+ assists under his belt, TAA is widely considered a top-level player. At just 26, he is still young and in his prime. Considering all the factors, Trent Alexander-Arnold shall receive a massive paycheck from Madrid. Under Trent’s current contract, he earns $970,000 monthly. According to Paul Joyce, Trent Alexander-Arnold will earn a modest £150,000 per week after tax.

Now at Real Madrid, he will be given a salary increase earning €15 million per year before any taxes, performance-related bonuses and a signing-on fee factored in. That is a direct 50% increase from the income from the EPL winners.

What does Trent Alexander-Arnold bring to the Table For Real Madrid?

After a disappointing 2024-25 season (though the final league results are not out yet), Real Madrid is preparing to spend heavily once again. In the case of Trent, there won’t be a hefty transfer amount, and they will want to keep the player happy with a high salary. But, it’s RM – Los Blancos, and the side is demanding.

Trent Alexander-Arnold also knows that. He is to some extent a perfect fit for the Los Blancos. Though TAA is not a lock-down defender, he is pretty great with the ball distribution, corners, and even tracking back for the defence.

The speed and accuracy at which Alexander-Arnold can play long and cross-field passes is something that will appeal to Madrid. The side was missing the ingredient after Toni Kroos’ retirement. More importantly, the player is young and not injury-prone, a perfect fit to replace Dani Carvajal.
